Monongalia & Preston Counties LVMPC has been bringing free, research-based literacy services
to West Virginians since the 1980s. We are a 501c3 non-profit that has literacy programs
for everyone - infants, preschoolers, students, adults, caregivers, and senior citizens.

Hello, Book Bag Club Friends! Are you ready for a surprise Winter Pop-up Playdate to close out our absolutely incredible 2024 program? If so, come in out this Saturday (December 21) from 2:00 - 3:30 at the West Virginia Botanic Garden to pick up your Winter 2024 book bags + check out a "Hot Cocoa Calm" book trail and accompanying create your own cocoa bar + DIY mason jars hand lanterns + a winter spiral labyrinth walk! (Spoiler: bring your golden Team LVMPC mugs to the hot cocoa bar from our Autumn 2024 Playdate + Community Social to win a special prize!)
